This hotel is a 3/10 tops! The ONLY good thing is the staff. Everything else is bad (and I never give bad reviews of anything bc it is not worth my time).

Good, more than enough. The heating and cooling system is not so great, one seems to not working, the other one seems a bit too loud but given the current weather its ok as we don’t need them on. The location is really great. You can walk to almost everywhere. The staffs are nice and function. Yes, the hotel is old but for the 2 star hotel and price you get, I think this is very OK.

Historical hotel within 25 min walk to art museum and millennium park. Staff are excellent at meeting needs and my room preferences. Great at check in and out. Provided amenities when asked and helped with navigating the town.

Rooms were not the best looking as there were some stains and marks on the floor. The TV only had a few channels and the remote was spotty. The price was a little much for the quality that was given, otherwise everything else was okay. The customer service was kind and helpful in offering food locations to us too.
